Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment except in the case of pre-order, in which case dispatch may take longer. If you live abroad please contact us concerning the cost of shipping.

For shipping abroad we use ELTA (Hellenic Post). Small items can be sent by registered post - with required signature. For larger items a courier or shipping company may be used, in any case we will try to find the method best suited to the product you have chosen with the lower cost.
Shipping costs and responibility are borne by the customer. Buyer pays shipping and our store assumes no liability for any damage that may result after sending the products.

Minimum order for shipping 15,00 Euro (worth of products).

Shipping fees are provided for some countries however they must be confirmed as post and couriers makes changes without prior notice. There are some countries that we do not ship to. There are also some countries for which we do not accept Paypal and we must agree into an alternative payment method. If you live abroad we strongly advise to contact us by e-mail in order to confirm shipping costs before making the payment. In case of refund Pay Pal does not refund the fee it keeps and you might want to avoid that.
