3.4.2 To maintain the User's account in order to have easy and quick access to future purchases until the User has instructed THE UNDERGROUND STORE  to delete it. 3.6 THE UNDERGROUND STORE takes reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to Customer's personal information.  However the User agrees that THE UNDERGROUND STORE is not responsible for the acts  of third parties who may obtain NON-AUTHORIZED ACCESS. THE UNDERGROUND STORE is not liable FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OF A THIRD PARTY TO CLIENTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION.
